Presenting Miss Ohio's Outstanding Teen 2011 - Kelsey Barrett

We are proud to announce that Kelsey Barrett won the title of Miss Ohio's Outstanding Teen 2011 on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at the 2011 Miss Ohio's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Program.

Kelsey, (pictured here with Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2010 - Lacey Russ and Miss Ohio 2010 - Becky Minger) was also the winner of the evening's talent award.
